Governor Tim Pawlenty vetoed a bill which would have legalized the possession of bong water in Minnesota. On the Daily Show he explains to Jon Stewart why he took this action, because law enforcement lobbyist told him they wanted to be able to use the law against whoever they deem to be "bad apples".
